An annual statement sent by revenue authorities to taxpayers detailing the amount of income tax they owe. It includes the amount of their tax refund, tax credit and income tax already paid. In Canada, each NOA will include the amount that a taxpayer is able to contribute to a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
